Nan Byrne Nan Byrne is a well known feminist poet, the author of two books, and has won awards for her screenplays. Her work has appeared in numerous literary magazines including new poetry in Borderlands, Other Voices International, and Poemmemoirstory. She writes the popular blog Bar Stories (www.barstoriesblog.com) from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Her recently edited anthology of short fiction, Bar Stories, is now available from SPD books. For the past year she has been working on a National Geographic Channel documentary, American Skinhead, about the resurgence of the racist skinhead movement in the United States.
